Gatsby are an industry-leading provider of education research, activities and initiatives.
The organisation are well known for supporting educators and policymakers, but their website was holding them back. Over the years, the lack of a clear content or UX strategy had resulted in a convoluted and out-of-date digital experience. Information and features would often be duplicated between microsites, user journeys were frustrating, and site failed to comply with accessibility and security policies.
Beginning with a thorough research project to identify issues and opportunities, we transformed the Gatsby website. Our goal was to ensure it served the needs of both the organisation and its audiences.

As Gatsby’s digital partner, we worked closely with their team to create a single, user-friendly organisational website that meets both user needs and internal goals. We started with a full audit and user research project, understanding how the website could work better for it’s audiences, and developed a clear content strategy to bring everything together.
The result is an elegant, impactful site that showcases Gatsby’s achievements and is easy for content teams to maintain update.
We continue to work with Gatsby, using real user data to keep improving and expanding not just this website, but a suite of other products designed to help educators, parents and policymakers.
The Pixelfridge team have been amazingly helpful with coming up with an attractive and easy-to-use design for our new website. They responded well to our needs for the site and have got stuck in at speed to meet a crucial launch date, with good communications throughout.
