Reflecting on 2024, it gave us an opportunity to realise how it was an incredibly busy year!

2024 was a big year for so many reasons. It felt like a year which has given us some real foundations to scale with purpose. We delivered our strongest year yet in terms of client work, but just as importantly, we invested heavily behind the scenes. We took a look at our processes, our culture, and our direction, sharpening our focus on the kind of agency we want to build and the work we want to be known for. These efforts culminated in our big rebrand, launched in early 2025, which better reflects our team, ambitions and values.

Another significant step last year was adding to our wonderful team, with Charlotte, Ross and Maddie joining. Their expertise has not only deepened our development and delivery capacity but also allowed us to expand our strategic offering-especially with Charlotte driving ongoing client needs like SEO and digital marketing. Let’s not forget our already existing incredible team too; something Tom, Chris and I are incredibly proud of.

On the impact front, we remained committed to people and planet, building on what’s worked and piloting new initiatives. As with the last two years, this report allows us to share with you all what we have been up to in this space, keeping to our values.

Please do take the time to have a read through, we are always genuinely delighted to talk with anyone about anything in this report. It’s a core part of our organisation and we hope to be doing these in some shape or form for a long time to come. We’re excited to see how our Impact Report changes, given the updated B Corp standards too, something we’ll touch on more next year!
