On top of the day-to-day project management you will be happy to lead client meetings to ensure that progress is being made towards the end goal. We would like you to have a keen eye for detail to ensure our high standards are kept alongside all projects tracking on time and within budget.

Given the collaborative nature of this role, it is likely you may have to travel to client sites as well as between our offices in London and Exmouth.

  • Day-to-day digital project / product management
  • Taking client briefs and gathering initial requirements
  • Bridging the gap to ensure consistency and good communication throughout all phases of a project at Pixelfridge
  • Maintaining our existing client relationships, and helping to develop new ones
  • Having ownership of the scoping and planning of projects, to ensure our client needs are being delivered
  • Creating proposal, statements of work, and collaborating with the team to gather estimates and costs for our projects
  • Monitoring budgets and timelines as projects progress

What you’ll have… ideally

  • 6+ years experience in an agency, or similar setup
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Experience in managing digital products and projects. Proven agile product management experience is a real bonus.
  • Proven experience in building relationships with clients and growing revenue as a result
  • Experience working with creative and technical teams to bridge the gap and deliver a high level of service to our clients
  • Experience in managing the creative process of design and content creation for digital platforms, including managing all stakeholders throughout this process
  • Experience in managing and reporting on project status including budgets, timings and resources
  • Working understanding of digital product and project management tools such as Jira, Productive.io and Google Drive
  • Knowledge of tools and techniques used to monitor website performance, such as Google Analytics and SEMrush
  • An understanding of our core web development technologies, HTML, CSS, JS (and associated frameworks) and WordPress
  • A positive, can-do attitude and super attention to detail
